Your Mission

  • Maintain and manage a designated portion of the IT Service Portfolio.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of IT services and offerings.
  • Ensure portfolio compliance with service design standards and guidelines.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders (value center heads, service owners, service managers) to ensure data compliance and accuracy.
  • Manage relationships with related data domains, including budgeting and contracts.
  • Document dependencies between IT services and applications to support end-to-end integration.
  • Identify portfolio inconsistencies through data analysis and reporting.
  • Drive improvements in portfolio management processes and tools.
  • Provide guidance and operational support for portfolio management activities.
  • Serve as the escalation point for process-related queries.
  • Collaborate with management to resolve escalations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in IT portfolio management, IT service management, or equivalent IT service/application experience.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills for data analysis and optimization; excellent verbal and written communication skills (English – advanced level).
  • Mindset: Team-oriented, able to work cross-functionally and internationally, with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Relationship Building: Skilled in maintaining productive relationships with both internal teams and external providers.
  • Extra Advantages:
    • Experience in IT outsourcing, contracting, SLAs, and KPIs.
    • Familiarity with ServiceNow.
    • ITIL certification (preferred).
