Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will take on diverse and impactful HR tasks, including:

  • Advising employees in your assigned support area on all HR-related matters
  • Implementing personnel measures such as recruitment, promotions, and upgrades in line with collective bargaining agreements
  • Preparing employment contracts, certificates, and other HR documentation
  • Processing applications for part-time work, parental leave, and special leave
  • Maintaining HR master data in the HR system (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Collaborating with employee interest groups and ensuring compliance with labor laws and collective agreements

Your Profile

Required qualifications:

  • Completed commercial or administrative training or equivalent skills and knowledge
  • Proven experience in HR, ideally within the public sector
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws (e.g., ArbZG, MuSchG, KSchG, TzBfG) and collective bargaining regulations (TV-L)
  • Understanding of interest representation regulations (PersVG, LGG Berlin, SGB IX)
  • Ability to provide targeted HR consultation to employees and departments

Desirable skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and initial experience with SAP HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors)
  • Independent, structured work style
  • Strong service orientation, organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented approach
