Job Description

In 1994, a committed group led by farmer Ulf Dobroschke transformed long-neglected land into a thriving agricultural operation. Their vision was to create a Demeter-certified farm, overcoming the challenges of poor soil quality through strategic crop rotation, natural preparations, and the introduction of suckler cow farming. These efforts significantly improved soil fertility and long-term sustainability.

Today, the farm cultivates around 460 hectares, with much of the grain supplied to a Berlin-based Demeter bakery, supporting regional production and preserving heritage grain varieties such as Champagne rye.

Starting September 1st, we are seeking a motivated Farmer (m/f/d) to join our team. The role involves assisting with sustainable arable farming and ensuring the proper care and welfare of a 200-head herd of Gelbvieh and Galloway cattle.
